Here are another group of pictures from March, 2004. The first is just a closeup of the boat slip, which is 10 feet wide by about 18 1/2 feet long.



The second shot shows the bulkhead after they finally put the finishing touches on it. Note all the dirt that has washed down the hill and into the channel. In later pictures you may see a big mound of dirt on our lot and the one next to ours. That dirt was dredged out of the channel by the developers. However, after all the rains we had in June, they'll have to repeat the process at least once more since the dirt has begun to build up again.



The 3rd picture was taken from the cul-de-sac and shows the road headed back up the hill. This road curves back to the left toward the older part of the development. However, if you look in the upper left corner of the picture, you'll see another road headed further up the hill. About halfway up that road on the left is where our original lot is located.



Finally, the last shot was taken from a road up on the hill above our lot and looking down on it and the channel. You can also see in this picture where they've added a concrete drainage trough, I suppose for erosion control.
