It's been over a week since the last update so here are some new pictures. The first one show the back steps finished and the A/C compressor ready for installation. It will be on the east side of the house, just around the corner to the left in this picture. Also, you can see that there has been some grading work done on the property. Rick had some workers smooth out and contour underneath the house for good drainage. He's also sloping the lot on the east side so that it will drain toward the southeast corner of the property and not directly over the bulkhead.



The next picture shows the firebox installed. The same stone as was applied to the chimney will be put on the fireplace up to the level of the mantel. Also in this picture you can see insulation in place and a stack of sheetrock ready for drywalling.



The third shot shows more of the insulation and that the ductwork has been run to the a/c boxes (registers or whatever they're called). All the electrical, phone lines, etc. have been run and they were working on the plumbing when I left today.



The last shot shows the front deck, rail and steps which have all been completed. Since there will be an additional deck built all the way out to the bulkhead, those front steps might have to change slightly to integrate them in with the rest of the deck.
